My fitbit says that just today at 2pm ive already burned 2000 calories and considering that trackers like this have a margin of error around 25% let's say that's only 1500 that still means that in a given day I would burn roughly 2120 calories so like its really fucked up imo that weight loss apps tend to be like ah OK.. You are a short AFAB person... Your calorie limit should be 1000
#Like first of all I'm literally on testosterone second of all..#Doesn't consuming *half* of the calories you'd need to maintain your weight seem a little more..#'starving' than 'reasonable deficit'#It could also be off the other way and be c loser to 2400-2500 per day#Because I calculated using both male and female equations#And ended up with 2514 and 2947#Let's go in the middle and say 2700#AND U THINK 1000 CALORIES A DAY IS REASONABLE FOR ME ?
